My name is Sabrina and I am so excited you are here! Throughout my life, I’ve had a continual passion for cooking — beginning with watching my mom and grandma cook, and going through phases during my childhood and teenage years of experimenting with new and exciting types of food.

I graduated University of San Francisco with a BA in Environmental Studies, which really made me reevaluate my relationship with food and resource consumption. Recently, my focus has become on vegetarian/vegan dishes after becoming a vegetarian my freshman year of college, and more recently focusing on a mostly vegan diet. After suffering through years of bad skin, resulting in poor body image, a plant-based diet has led me to learn to love myself and treat my body kindly.

This blog has grown with me and my passion for food, love for the environment and need to make the transformation to a more sustainable lifestyle. Thank you to my friends and supporters. I hope you enjoy what you see!
