Healing Tea
This is a super simple tea that always makes me feel better whenever I’m sick. Works wonders and I swear by it.
Ingredients
Half a lemon- freshly squeezed
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ginger
Tips: It’s really important for this recipe to have fresh ingredients, because you want to make sure you’re putting the absolute best into your system when you’re down. I use fresh ginger. I completely understand the need to steer clear because it’s so hard to peel, but! If you use the edge of a spoon to peel the ginger, it’s way easier.
As far as honey goes, when it’s allergy season or any season it’s good to use local honey because it will better acclimate you to the pollen in the area.
To make the Tea:
Boil water in a pot with the ginger
Squeeze lemon juice into mug and add honey.
Once water is ready poor into mug with the cut ginger
Heal yourself!! Be good to your body and good things will follow!
