Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 cup Blueberry Lavender Milk from Trader Joes (or any other milk!)
*if you want a sweeter taste, add any sweetener (maple syrup, honey etc) by the teaspoon, continuously tasting
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, ideally overnight. If you can, check in every hour for the first 3 hours and just give the pudding a stir so that the chia seeds don’t clump.
The chia seeds should absorb the liquid, so the consistency should be like jelly.
Top with honey, fruit and granola and enjoy!
